Appointment Policy

Electrolysis works by time.​ Each scheduled time slot is reserved specifically for you. Time is valuable for both clients and electrologists. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment and enjoy our waiting area and refreshment station.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life happens; however, I kindly request at least 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48-hour notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled session fee

Running Late? For late arrivals, the appointment time lost will be deducted from your scheduled session. (ex. if you book a 15-minute session and arrive 5 minutes late, the session will be shortened to 10 minutes, but the full session fee will still apply).
