Appointment Policy

What To Know

Electrolysis services are billed by time.  Each scheduled time slot is reserved specifically for you, and the treatment duration selected at the time of booking is dedicated exclusively to your care. 

 

A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments.  Payment is due at the time of service.

Since appointment time is reserved specifically for each client and services are rendered at the time of treatment, all services are non-refundable.

 

Time is valuable for both clients and electrologists. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment and enjoy our waiting area and refreshment station.

Preparing for Your First Appointment
  • Y​​​our first appointment will always include a complimentary consultation session

  • Prior to your 1st session, you'll need to  complete a health assessment and consent form​​​​​​​

​​

  • Arriving 5-10 minutes early time is essential to ensure you receive the full benefit of your appointment.​​​​​

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
  • ​I understand that life happens; however, appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled session fee.

​

  • Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice

  • ("no-show") will also be charged 100% of the scheduled session fee.

​

  • Running Late?  For late arrivals, any time lost will be deducted from your scheduled session. (ex. if you book a 15-minute session and arrive 5 minutes late, the session will be shortened to 10 minutes, but the full session fee will still apply).
